Yosemite Waterfall

View of a waterfall in Yosemite National Park. Painted from sketch in my sketchbook & photo I had taken in the park last Summer on our trip to CA. A watercolor on paper 11 x 15 . We traveled down South to Riverside CA. Here took a Color Bootcamp with Elin Pendleton . Elin's class was in her Studio which was a really neat place. Two Trees is on a hill against BLM land so she has lots of space where she goes out to paint. Mr Vangoat carries her art supplies when she has paint outs.

Clastic Spring Flower

This is one of our Spring flowers with bright orange colors . These pretty flowers grew in the yard of my former house. I did get to bring some of my plants to our new house but they probably wont make it. No rain & water restrictions with the tremendous heat has been hard on our transplants & new plants. Fire burned 15,ooo acres of our pretty mountains yesterday & still burning at this time. The flames were visible from our house last night. We are praying for rain & less heat.
