Pots & Beads Linda Rupard
This is an old watercolor that I had started & never finished for some reason. Not sure if it was a still life set up or what. I went in & changed some things & now will say it is finished. Watercolor & ink on 15 x 22 watercolor paper.

Sedona Linda Rupard
cloudy
Beautiful Sedona AZ. is a wonderful experience for artist . Sedona is located in a unique geological area & is home to many cultures & lots of artist. Many Galleries and Sedona Arts Center provide lots of great art to enjoy. It is an inspiring place for anyone to be but a very special place for artist. This red rock country is wonderful backdrop for paintings & photos or just site seeing. Galleries seem to be thriving in this area. Looks like Sedona is thriving & growing & may just be the new art showplace of the west. Sadly Scottsdale has many empty buildings & closed galleries. Can only hope that the economy gets better again and all the businesses & galleries can come back. These are small watercolor & ink sketches from this area. So neat to have roses blooming this time of the year. Click to contact the artist for more information about this painting.

Lavender Rose
This lavender rose was growing in a rose garden at a camp ground in AZ. I had never seen a lavender rose growing before , just in the flower shops. It was beautiful & among all the traditional colors you usually see it was quite a surprise & treat to find this color mixed in with the pinks, white, red & yellow roses.
