Da Vinci Exhibit Linda Rupard

Met these new friends in Earp CL when we were there.   We have been there before & had never seen the wild Burros.  This time we saw maybe 50 Burros ,  this was on different days so could have been seeing some of them more then once.  It was so neat to see all the Mothers with babies  and all the different sizes & colors.
While in Parker AZ we saw a Leonardo Da Vinci exhibit & it was awsome
Both paintings and wonderful reproductions of his inventions.  Paintings were reproduced on canvas & looked like the real thing.  Most of the inventions were working models  and some could be activated by hand.

Celebrating Flowers Linda Rupard

This is a large painting I have been working on  for quite some time.   My inspiration for this painting was  the paintings of   Guiseppe Arcimboldo who  was a 16th century artist who painted portrait heads made from such objects as flowers, fruit, fish, vegetables, pans and other items that related to  each subjects work.    This is an acrylic painting on cradleboard canvas.   30 X 30  ready to hang with sides matching the paintings.
