Welcome Spring Linda Rupard
This is a watercolor on paper. This is a welcoming Spring flower. Love these bright colors that seem to sing, it is Spring. This has been a much nicer Spring for us here in West Texas, bit more rain , makes for more green & flower color. The Birds are singing , something that I didn't hear as much last year as this one. Now if we can just keep getting a bit of rain to fill our lakes here & keep the plants green & the fires away. We can stay happy all Summer & maybe cooler too.

"Welcome Spring" indeed! Too funny - I just did two journal pages very similar to this experimenting with new watercolors one of my students just bought. There's nothing like the vision of sparkly bursts of colorful blooms to tickle the creative juices. Happy spring to you in TX, from an incredibly mild March in OH! :o)
Thanks Angelia. I hope you Guys continue to have the beautiful weather. I understand some of your days have been warmer then down here in TX. I have to go check out your new watercolor pages. Now if it just wont keep creeping up to 100 we will continue to enjoy our weather here. I will share some Bluebonnet photos when I get them.
